COVID-19 Update

We are continuing to follow the recommended measures set by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, Minnesota Department of Health and the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services.

As an extra precaution, we have also implemented a mandatory health screening for all Nursing and Therapy staff members prior to the start of each shift.
